VogalOrizontal specialises in integration, inclusion, digital marketing and entrepreneurship, with the aim to help integrate and include the immigrants, migrants and expats into society. Informal training offered by VogalOrizontal mainly includes preparing the newcomers and helping them integrate in their new country. Their work is intended to help the newcomers integrate and build a successful future. VogalOrizontal also have a background working in digital marketing. As a result of this experience, VogalOrizontal can train local companies and entrepreneurs looking to start their own companies, enhancing business growth on a local, regional, national, and international level. VogalOrizontal provide ongoing digital marketing support to entrepreneurs to help grow their businesses. VogalOrizontal support entrepreneurs by providing marketing and business support.

Position in Organization: Manager
Naomi has a BSc Honours degree in New Media and has a strong background in research and digital marketing. Naomi manages several networking groups in the region and hosts regular inclusion and cultural events. She previously worked for Learnmera Oy, a private adult education provider and translation company that has considerable experience in educational resource. Naomi has experience in creating learning and educational materials, as well as project managing Erasmus+ projects. - Sofia Nunes Mexia
Position in Organization: Coordinator
Sofia works as a project coordinator for VogalOrizontal. Her experience includes teaching Portuguese to foreigners (mainly migrants and immigrants) residing in Portugal. She has many years’ experience working on Erasmus programmes, and is experienced in researching and reporting, as well as being the staff member responsible for dissemination activities. - Andrew Palmer
Position in Organization: Assistant
Andrew has a strong involvement with voluntary work. He is Trustee for One Voice, a voluntary community group based in the UK with charity status, bringing together the local community on a regular basis encouraging integration and inclusion. Andrew is also Life President for a voluntary junior and intermediate sports association in the UK which has held the Community Charter Standard since 2003. Andrew will bring his experience working with the target groups, and skillset to the project.
Why we are Participating in the Project
VogalOrizontal bring a wealth of experience and knowledge o the project. Their team has experience in training, communication, digital marketing, and the creation of learning and educational materials. VogalOrizontal will manage the promotional activities in the project, they are also well connected throughout their region and have numerous contacts for dissemination. They have previous experience working on a project focused on the integration and inclusion of women. This coupled with the team’s experience will add great value to the project.
Our Role in the Project
What is your organization contributing to the project? Which parts of the project is it contributing to? Please avoid project-speak. Explain your role to an external with no knowledge of the project. VogalOrizontal will take responsibility for the management of the dissemination and promotional activities of the project. Their team is experienced in the area, and they believe they will be able to reach many people from the target groups through these activities. A detailed dissemination plan will be created so all partners are aware of all promotional activities both throughout the duration of the project and following completion. VogalOrizontal will contribute to all the results of the project, as well as hosting a meeting in the Algarve for the other project members.
